Many women under-eat without realizing it. If your goal is muscle gain, you need to be in a caloric surplus — yes, even if that feels a little scary. Start tracking everything for a week. You might be surprised to find you're not hitting your protein or total calorie needs. Consistency here is key.
2. You’re Lifting, But Not Progressively Overloading
Your body adapts fast. If you're lifting the same weights with the same reps every week, you’re not giving your muscles a reason to grow. You need to challenge your body with heavier weights, more reps, or added sets over time. It’s not about doing more randomly — it’s about doing more strategically.
